Purpose

The idea behind Fatty Matty Brewing (besides making good local beer) is to share a massive collection of homebrewing & winemaking favorites bookmarks which I had organized in MS Exploder before the days of Fatty Matty Brewing webguide. In hopes of promoting the art art of fermented beverages.

2011 Simple Earth Hop Harvest in Dodgeville, Wisconsin

One of the best feelings is sharing my homebrew with others. Last August, just after the Great Taste of the Midwest, we celebrated the 2011 Simple Earth Hops Harvest Brewfest at Greenspirit Farm where I was able to serve up not only kegs from local commercial brewers but also some Fatty Matty Brewing kegs including Yarrow Pale Ale and a wet hopped Porter. Thanks to the Kerr’s for providing a beautiful community space for Simple Earth Hops in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
